I personally spend a significant amount of money ( 150+ Weekly ) on coffee each week for myself and my family, and I believe this location deserves recognition from the company for the exceptional quality, effort, and satisfaction they consistently provide to their customers. The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, promptly addressing any inquiries or requests, even during peak business hours. They maintain their professionalism and courtesy regardless of the complexity or peculiarity of customer orders. When placing substantial orders, I appreciate their meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all beverages are securely sealed with takeaway lids and appropriately packaged for safe transport. The establishment maintains an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. Staff members are constantly engaged in cleaning tables, sweeping floors, and collecting discarded items. The beverage preparation area is meticulously maintained, with regular sanitization to prevent contamination or product mix-ups. Despite the occasional presence of unruly individuals, the restrooms are kept immaculately clean, reflecting the establishment's commitment to hygiene and orderliness. In the event of any breakage or malfunction, prompt repairs are undertaken to minimize disruption to customers. The food and beverage options are unparalleled, with everything consistently in stock and rarely any items missing. The buns, cakes, and sandwiches undergo regular quality and freshness checks to guarantee customer satisfaction. Additionally, the condiments and utensils are always replenished to ensure a seamless dining experience. ******************************************************** Side note for Starbucks company (NOT THIS LOCATION) ********************************************************* I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current membership level system on the app. Despite having earned my gold membership for 2025 over fifteen times, the membership duration is capped at one year, preventing me from accumulating additional years of membership. As a loyal customer who spends a significant amount of money at your stores annually, I believe that the app should accurately reflect my membership status and allow me to maintain my membership for as long as I continue to meet the required criteria. I kindly request that you address this issue and implement a system that enables members to progress beyond the one-year membership limit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.”

“Such a warm-hearted service. It was a very hot day and I felt dehydrated and wanted to buy a bottle of water but they've just sold out. The person who worked there was so kind and gave me a cup and guided me to where I could refill it with fresh water.A massive thank you to Starbucks people.”

“The coffee and service was very good but I was really impressed by the honesty and behaviour from the staff. I had got home after my coffee and realised I’d left my wallet at the street lane cafe, after a mad dash back, the staff told me they had kept it safe in the office safe for me! Absolute angels, saved me so much hassle and worry, I wish all staff I visited had those principles and behaviours!!”

“Me & my family had come down to eat for a quick dessert. I have to say from all the dine in places in Bradford this has the best service around. The way the staff treated us was fantastic and were so kind. They even had a laugh with the kids and played around with them and they give us great hospitality. The donuts were spot on & the quick service from the staff was commendable. All takeaways from Bradford should take note, I have 0 complaints. The woman that treated us was also excellent and was extremely kind. Will definitely be coming down again and will recommend to all my friends.”

“Used the hot food counter cafe today for the first time. We both got the pizza deal, which was a large slice of pizza, fries, refillable drink and a dip for £5.95. Pizza and fries were tasty and hot, the portions were decent sized and we liked what we got for the price plus girl serving us was pleasant and friendly”

“I could not recommend this gym highly enough. I’ve been a member now for nearly a year and initially signed up with some trepidation. As someone who is relatively unfit and plus size joining a new gym can be daunting. I’m very grateful to say I’ve once been pressured into signing up for PT (which has been an uncomfortable occurrence in past gyms) nor once been made to feel uncomfortable or out of place by either the staff or fellow facility users. The gym, changing rooms, pool and showers are spotlessly clean and well maintained and organised. There’s always a friendly face or someone willing to help or answer any questions. I’ve recently started attending some of the classes which I’ve not been brave enough to do in other gyms: water aerobics, Pilates and today my first kettle bells class. Each class allows for a beginner friendly option and the instructors have been so supportive and encouraging. I’ve felt confident and comfortable from the off with every activity I’ve engaged in here. Thanks all, you’re all doing a wonderful job!”
