“Great service from one of the younger men here, always polite and professional. The prices are no different despite it being in a station, and never had any issue. This is my go to when visiting the city and waiting for trains.”

“The coffee and service was very good but I was really impressed by the honesty and behaviour from the staff. I had got home after my coffee and realised I’d left my wallet at the street lane cafe, after a mad dash back, the staff told me they had kept it safe in the office safe for me! Absolute angels, saved me so much hassle and worry, I wish all staff I visited had those principles and behaviours!!”

“Good place. Better than sitting next door in the service area. Has both drive through and the sit in option. It is possible to walk from Starbucks over to the main service area if you want to. No complaints. Will stop here again.”

“This cafe is in the very centre of Morley precinct (to the left hand side of the Cat's Protection League Charity shop) and for me, has to be the very best in Morley for great tasting food, service and extremely good value for money. I have visited Eric's Place on numerous occasions now and they score at the very top of all the cafes in Morley. Always consistent & lovely well presented very tasty food. There is seating both inside and outside Eric's Place. *No name signage on the outside top fascia at the moment but I have included a snapshot of the outside. ** The breakfast shown here is the Large Breakfast option which currently costs £7 at the time of writing this review.”

“I found this on uber eats and I am so glad I came across it. Firstly it is very easy to see what ingredients each dish contains, it is stated that it is vegan underneath and on some dishes you can select whether you want it to be vegetarian or vegan. There were loads of vegan options, it was great to see authentic Indian food … we went to India last year and honestly the masala dosa was as good from here as what you get over in India. The food wasn’t oily and it all arrived hot and was very tasty. All of the boxes said exactly what they were on the top of the lids, it was clear and they all said vegan again which was so reassuring and nice to see that they clearly consider this as important as their vegan customers do. Over all the food was delicious, plenty of options , food came quickly and was hot and it was fantastic value for money. We will be returning customers and we will be telling our friends about our new find . :)”

“Used the hot food counter cafe today for the first time. We both got the pizza deal, which was a large slice of pizza, fries, refillable drink and a dip for £5.95. Pizza and fries were tasty and hot, the portions were decent sized and we liked what we got for the price plus girl serving us was pleasant and friendly”

“Wow wow wow the food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting how good it was tbh! The staff were super friendly and attentive. I really recommend the pan fried chicken breast, and the chocolate fondant is one of the best I’ve had in a while!!!! I would come again if i was local.”

“First time here in a long while. Came with my 2 year old daughter to see the ducks and decided to have a drink. Nice and clean place with lots of well space seating inside and out. Lady who served me was very nice and helpful. Decided to let my daughter use the soft play area which was very reasonable at £1 and did a great job of keeping her entertained. Did not try the hot food but we will be when we return the monday after. When speaking to the lady she mentioned carvery on wednesday and sunday which sounded great and yet again seemed to be a good price at around just under £6 i think she said. I think it's mine and my daughters new favourite place on a monday as its nice and quiet and lovely when weathers good and we like the ducks. On the whole a nice and clean spacious enviroment that offers food (yet to try) a nice play area for the children and somewhere you can relax all run by helpful and friendly staff.”

“There is one reason I have given this 5 star rating and that is simply for the young lady who was working on her own at the café today in the White Rose shopping centre. It was extremely busy and single handedly she was making and serving coffee etc. She was also making all the sandwiches and trying to clear tables and wash up. She remained totally professional, polite and efficient. I was appalled to learn that some customers had been very rude towards her. Clearly there was a wait to get served, but she could not have worked any harder. I hope the management reward her well as she truly deserves it. I would have emailed the management with feedback but couldn't find an address. The coffee was good along with the tuna Panini.”

“My girlfriend has never had a matcha like it. I've never seen her so angry about other terrible matchas. Time after time she has had horrid tepid grass water with grit and placenta in it, no sweetener. Not from HERE. It was perhaps the most wonderful experience of maybe both of our lives. The man on the till with glasses was lovely and cordial, and we watched him make the drink as if we were watching a Christopher Nolan epic. Unbelievable scenes.”

“5 Star Customer Service. Stopped here on the way home from Scarborough with family, and the staff were amazing. Everybody working was so nice, smiling and saying Hi. Great service, loverly hot food and amazing coffee. But the staff service really won it. A really big Thankyou from all the family, we have a long drive home and your pleasantness and happy smiles perked us all up.”

“I'm always really happy with asda. I'm local to this asda and go in several times a day. All the staff are super friendly and happy to help. If you don't know where something is ask and they'll try there best to show you. I'm especially pleased this summer with the Asda's cafe. the food isn't Super fantastic compared to a propper takeaway place but for the prices you couldn't beat it. I really like going into the cafe and seeing one of the male staff. He is always there and He is always chatty and super friendly. Well done!”

“I always go here when at Batley Mills. Had various dishes and snacks but now get the Pie of the Day with veg and lovely gravy. It comes with chips but I ask for no chips as too much. It is always piping hot and really tasty. Never too busy and staff friendly.”

“Groupon traditional afternoon tea on Saturday 9th June. Had a lovely time bubbly staff lovely sandwiches - how cute are the shapes tea cups and tea pots! Followed by scone and jam and then a huge wedge of Victoria sponge it was all really lovely and a good experience. And if that wasn't enough one of the customers was Mel B's sister!”
