He went to see Fiona and had a consultation and came home feeling very positive about how he was going to lose 2-3 stone. it wasn't easy but his regular sessions with Fiona really helped and would come back every time feeling so motivated. He has hit his target weight and is a happier person. Couldn't recommend them enough. This is not just another lose wight scheme. It really works! They run blood tests ans find out what foods don't work for your body and why. There were no food in shake things or tablets that promise the world. Just the right food for his body.
