“I have been dancing at Andrea’s studio for around 4 years now and would recommend to anyone. I was inspired by watching a performance and contacted Andrea about lessons. Having had zero dance experience before, and not even any natural rhythm I am now looking at public performances which is something I never would have thought possible. She is extremely talented, patient and knowledgeable and the classes are fun and have a nice friendly atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking of giving it a go”
“Excellent school! Karin is great!”
“We love our dancing lessons every week, we have a laugh and we always learn something new and work on perfecting the dances we know. Sheila is a very experienced teacher and great at getting you going even if you have never danced before.”
“Totally recommend Roxanne. Fabulous teacher, very patient and willing to explain everything in detail”

“A great friendly dance school. My daughter loves doing ballet here”
“I have been part of this dance school since it first started and it is absolutely brilliant! The teaching staff are supportive, patient and always willing to help. Unlike many other dance schools, JK School of Dance has a very relaxed friendly atmosphere which greatly relieves the pressure of exams and dance shows. The variety of subjects to take make it so that there is something for everyone. New pupils quickly feel at ease regardless of ability or shyness. Everyone is so friendly and it is a great place to be!”
“Been fantastic with all my kids.”
“Megan has given my daughter a chance to dance again. She makes my daughter feel so welcome after being turned away for being type 1 diabetic. Megan can’t do enough for abbie and us as parents, we can’t thank her enough for compassion, patience, dedication and support.”
“Both the website and phone number listed here are for the junior school and NOT the infant school (replace jun for inf for the infant school website)”
“Both of my daughters enjoy those dancing classes.”
“Kate is very friendly incredibly good at communicating her classes via Zoom. iv know Kate for years. Kate is brilliant at creating new dances to learn. She has beginner groups & advanced groups too. Really easy to book, you can call her & just pay up front before your classes. She normally does a bunch of classes for a set price. Iv even bought my belly dance belt & skirt from her. My shoulder shimmy is still in need of improvement.”
“My little one absolutely loves it, we like that there’s elements that are the same each week so they can quickly join in but also like building on the theme. Shezeen is great and makes every child feel so special, and is able to adapt the class for everyone’s needs”
“We started our daughter with Julie's dance school after discussing with other parents of our daughter's primary school who also enrolled their child to a dance school as to why they chose which school. The school has been around a long time, since 1982 and has had students that have now become teachers there. It is IDTA certified and so the school had a standard it adhered to and it could lead to certification / qualifications in the future. Our daughter started over 3 years ago on Saturdays doing tap, jazz and ballet. She has passed her IDTA exams each year and moved into gym and street dance on Monday and Tuesday evening respectively. She has also participated in the annual show dances each year (3 so far) which are 3 hour dance shows which are spectacular to watch. She is hoping to further increase her participation into regional dancing competitions in the coming year and dropping other activities to accommodate this. Very highly recommended.”
