“This is a cracking pub anytime of day. Landlord & landlady are just lovely. Food most days. With a good skittles alley for use & hire. We are rehearsing a band in there too! Everyone is just great. We will be playing there too by way of a thank you one day very soon! We may also be doing a 65th private party yet to be confirmed. Brilliant pub! Great staff! Well, we just love the place. “I love going to the Cinema. Cineworld is my idea of perfection. Right from the sparkly floor and the comfy seating to the variety of screen sizes from cosy to huge, I can't ask for better. Having had an Unlimited card since three days before it opened (it has its third birthday on 18th May '18) I am a regular visitor. Refreshments are available ( though expensive without an unlimited card discount) also there is a Starbucks coffee shop adjacent downstairs.(unlimited card discount there too and in adjacent restaurants). It's central location is ideal. Busses pass it and there is limited parking available. Wheelchair access and a lift are available and designated spaces in the numerous screens are provided.”

Perfect for me , oh and I can see the bus from inside which is good... so I don't miss it haha”

“We hired the gin bar and court yard for our wedding reception and it was so amazing. All the staff were very attentive and did a fabulous job. Marie was always responsive to any queries I had prior to the day and was super helpful. It was so cosy with the log burner lit. The food and arrival drinks were fab. We were also given time to set up the day before. It was perfect.”

“Service was amazing we was a party of 14 and our waitress kept on top of everything making sure we had drinks, making sure food was ok. I would definitely recommend the dovecote. I couldn’t fault the service or food in anyway. Our Nan fully enjoyed her birthday meal out.”
