“Honestly could not recommend Northfields Medical centre more. Our little boy is quite prone to Croup, and on the 3 occasions we have needed urgent medical advice, each time we have been able to leave a message with the duty doctor and they have seen us the same day. Today, we contacted them at 5.40 p.m. and the receptionist was super helpful, left an urgent message for us as we were still seen, even though they close at 6p.m. and we are so grateful to be able to avoid 111/ A&E. We have also experienced great service when calling at either 8 or 11 for an appointment for our little one, they always manage to fit us in. The receptionists and medical staff are always very friendly. Excellent service received, especially in stressful situations when our little boy is unwell, and we're super grateful. Thank you so much!”

Catriona did the surgery 3 weeks ago, things went very smoothly and she is a happy dog once more. The relief is enormous.”

“Absolutely fantastic service from the minute you walk through the door. Reception staff amazing and the vets are as well. Couldn’t do more to help. My dog has been diagnosed with diabetes. The vet explained everything really well. When collecting the meds etc. reception staff even sorted our insurance. I know they can’t do it for every insurance company. But they could for the company we go through and nothing was too much trouble.”

I just had to pick up my son’s prescription medicines and I phoned ahead and they had them all ready for when I got down there. If they haven’t got something, they will always get it ordered and let me know when it’s available. Cannot fault them there, thank you!”

“Brilliant been going here for over 12 years, great food, don't know her name but the young woman serving me knows me I'm a regular ages very happy and smiley very helpful, lately an older woman who wears a hat also extremely great, open kitchen is great also if u want to customise anything they will no problem. I get the same most times and they know me based on my orders....I've been ill lately but plan on going tomorrow and I'll be greatly impressed yet again, excellent Chinese food”

“I went to Oadby asda on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 7.42pm . I couldn’t do a delivery like normally do as all the slots was gone . When I got to the store I was already struggling as I’m sensory based and have anxiety . I went up to a female worker and explained I needed some assistance doing my shopping and the reasons for this and because things was to overwhelming and for my sensory needs I broke down in pure panic and tears . The lady was so helpful and took me to someone else for help , then a worker called Chris Hughes said I can help and assist . There service manager called zaid said yes for Chris in assisting me round the store at by this time I was having a massive panic attack without knowing I was . They both took me to sit down and stayed with me till my breathing was ok before Chris then help me get a trolly and assissted me with my shopping . I was still very sensory overwhelmed and having a medical on top too to deal with I told Chris I would of found this Exstreamly difficult if did this alone . His kindness of offering me assistance really ment the world to me that day . Both to him and zaid kindness I could not be more forever grateful to them . Even some members of the public in the store also offered to help seeing how distressed and sensory overwhelmed I was . But having the kindness of the store and it’s workers like Chris and zaid , they both truly helped me that night and without there kindness of there assistance I would not of been able to get my food done let alone do it myself without struggling of my sensory needs and a medical need . They both deserve a raise or some sort of praise for what they did for me that night . Pure kindness at heart . Normally my food is delivered because I have a medical and sensory needs . So with there kindness of support in assisting me that night really went along way showing they care for there customers . I will also be writing to there big boss of this showing my gratitude to them both but hope they also see this too . Thank you so very much Oadby asda . I’m forever grateful I really am . You have shown what kindness really means so thank you so much from my heart !”

“Normally hate going to the surgery, the reception staff are generally rude and unprofessional. However, my most recent appointment was a pleasure. I got lucky and was welcomed by the only empathetic receptionist at the surgery, before meeting, for the first time, possibly the best nurse in Britain for my check-up. Unlike most medical professionals, she was friendly, attentive, thorough and over all extremely professional. Thank you Lala.”
