“I Visited Specsavers Chester on the 29th of September 2025. I received Exceptional Awesome Customer Service from everyone at Specsavers such Lovely attentive Kind People. AYEISHA was so wonderful Kind and Awesome I am disabled so she helped me a lot which is very much appreciated ☺️ Also the optitian FAYE is incredible Kind Awesome and Exceptional. Faye explained everything to me and she was so Lovely she checked my eyes and found out I have MGD and I now have to do my eyes everyday, this has helped me tremendously. Thankyou So Very Much FAYE you are so much appreciated. Also the Exceptional Awesome ROB with the Beautiful Beard he is so Kind and Wonderful. The Awesome Exceptional TOM who i spoke to on the phone today 15th of October 2025 he went above and beyond for me. Dawn is so Kind Awesome Exceptional and Lovely too she is so helpful. CHLOE is an Awesome Exceptional Wonderful Kind Lady and so Lovely. GRACE is Exceptional Awesome Kind and Lovely too. “Top service today - previously specsavers were unable to replace my glasses due to the frames being discontinued . I was disappointed but it’s how it is . However I found a secondhand pair on eBay , took the glasses in and asked if the lenses could be swapped . Absolutely no trouble at all - ten minutes and done and no charge . Now that is real customer service thank you so much .”

“5 stars for the staff at specsavers flint. Lovely optician who did the eye test. It was very thorough and explained test well. I hate having to go and chose glasses. I get overwhelmed by choice and to many people. Chris, the supervisor, noticed i was struggling, was patient, kind, considerate and made me feel like I had time to make a choice. She helped me identify what frames I may like and went and picked all of them herself to save me having to look which was a massive help. Very understanding that i was snxious, she talked through the options, what suited and what didn't. This was a massive help to me, and I have never experienced such support when getting glasses. No hard sell, just a good, kind-hearted person When I picked my glasses up, I was served by Emma. Again, she was kind and patient and had brilliant people skills. Made me feel comfortable and gave me all the time I needed. Would highly recommend this store based on the people skills it has”

“I was treated with care, courtesy and consideration when I called in to request an appointment because of concerns about changes in my vision. At my appointment, a few days later, I received a very thorough eye test, which identified changes and a solution to the problem I was experiencing. I was also referred to the eye hospital for further tests. I chose some lively frames which were reasonably priced, was fitted for varifocals and, if they are suitable, will get a second pair with tinted lenses as part of the two for one offer. I am happy with the price which is just over £300.”
