“We had such a good time working with Sarah on our first dance for our wedding. We hadn't had much experience with partner dancing but Sarah helped us feel relaxed from the start. She put together a wonderful dance routine that looked good and (with a bit of practice) flowed easily. She considered all the details like how it would work with the room and, of course, with the dress! We really enjoyed it on the day and friends and family kept mentioning how lovely it was. “A wonderful studio. It has helped me in lots of different ways, my body is stronger, my confidence has soared, my emotional wellbeing is greatly improved. I love going to sessions as it is a wonderful community with fantastic people. You get to laugh and have fun whilst learning a really cool skill and get supported and cheered on along the way. Then because you’re having so much fun you hardly realise how great a workout your body is getting. The best thing is that everyone is welcome no matter age, size, fitness level or any other demographic, it truly is inclusive. There is a great range of classes, so whatever your interests there is something to appeal. Really love that I get to work on cool, gymnastics like moves in the tricks class and then in the flow sessions learn amazing routines to songs. The teachers are fantastic. All incredibly knowledgeable, they really understand the requirements of pole so will make sure you work in a safe way that ensures you progress in your goals. All whilst making the sessions fun. Really love that they work with the individual as well, so will provide adjustments when needed, and will encourage you to reach your potential whilst understanding how everyone needs to work at their own pace. It’s great as they truly celebrate your achievements alongside you. Really cannot recommend this studio enough as a great way to improve fitness and wellbeing whilst enjoying yourself. If you are considering, it really is worth giving it a go.”

“Becki is an absolutely amazing teacher, so clear and professional but the classes are still so much fun. The transformation my body has gone through since starting these classes in May is unreal; all the lockdown weight has disappeared and i am super strong and toned. Extensive options for classes and even have a stretch class once a week to help with flexibility. Honestly recommend these classes to anyone for a workout that will make you work but will have you smiling all the way through. Be warned though, its addictive!”

“Fantastic dance school for beginners from 6 months to 6 years. Both of my daughters absolutely love these classes! Not only are the classes fun but the teachers are so lovely too. The classes are held in our local centre and they have taught our 2 little ones the basics of ballet and tap as well as really helping them gain confidence in a class environment.
