“I was out of my comfort zone and very nervous when I started pole at Chrome dance but the nerves soon went once I was in the studio and met Andrew. He made me feel at ease and that there is no pressure which abled me to relax more and feel more confident. “I have been coming to pole fitness for just over a year, at first it was a slow process for me but Karen and Vic are so helpful and always say never compare yourself, I stuck it out and I absolutely love every class. The girls all become good friends and it’s a really encouraging environment to train in- everyone clapping if you get a move. I went to a previous studio and stopped going because I just felt I didn’t fit in, wasn’t good enough compared to everyone else- this studio is completely different and I am glad I joined and would recommend to anyone of any ability!”
