“We visited this dental practice to follow up on my wife’s Invisalign treatment, which she had started abroad. Dr. Ollie was incredibly honest and professional in explaining that their practice offers a different type of aligners and not the exact Invisalign treatment she previously received. He kindly recommended that we first look for a dentist who specializes in the same Invisalign treatment to continue her care and helped us find one. If that wasn’t possible, he offered to start a new treatment plan from scratch. I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided about my wife’s situation. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. What truly stood out was that Dr. Ollie refunded us for the consultation, saying it wouldn’t be fair to charge us for a consultation that wouldn’t lead to treatment at his practice. Overall, we felt very comfortable with Dr. Ollie. His honesty, clarity, and professionalism make him one of the best, and we truly appreciate that.”

“It took me from October 24 to Jan 25 to finally get registered with this practice after getting kicked out of my own dentist which I had been with for 37yrs. I'm so glad I persevered in keep phoning them. Absolutely fantastic practice. I had an appointment booked but they phoned the week before with a cancellation for the same day, and I had the treatment needed the following morning. I'm petrified of the dentist and Dr Saeid really put my mind at ease, great caring nature and explained everything, the nurses and other staff there made me feel welcome. “My appointment was very quick and efficient. I booked a time slot on Sunday morning and arrived right on time for emergency care. The kind dentist quickly identified the problem, gave me a diagnosis, prescribed antibiotics, and that was it! I only paid for the emergency visit, so I’m not sure about the regular prices, but the staff were all very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I’ll have to visit my regular dentist tomorrow to say a sad goodbye to my tooth!”

“All the team are friendly and helpful, from reception to dental nurses to dentists. They give a plan of care (where needed) and prices in advance enabling me to plan for treatment. They also are extremely professional and don't cancel appointments all the time. Under my previous NHS dentist I didn't see a dentist for over 2 years, due to appointments being cancelled by the dentist.”
