Phoned on the Friday, consultation on the Monday, extractions of difficult teeth the following week. The oral surgeon who dealt with me, Kate, was fantastic. Must of taken her 3 minutes to remove both teeth. I was very apprehensive before the procedure but everything ran smoothly. Can’t thank everybody who I’d seen at the practice enough. Thank you!!”

Dr. Ollie was incredibly honest and professional in explaining that their practice offers a different type of aligners and not the exact Invisalign treatment she previously received. He kindly recommended that we first look for a dentist who specializes in the same Invisalign treatment to continue her care and helped us find one. If that wasn’t possible, he offered to start a new treatment plan from scratch. I really appreciated the thorough explanation he provided about my wife’s situation. It was clear he had our best interests in mind. What truly stood out was that Dr. Ollie refunded us for the consultation, saying it wouldn’t be fair to charge us for a consultation that wouldn’t lead to treatment at his practice. Overall, we felt very comfortable with Dr. Ollie. His honesty, clarity, and professionalism make him one of the best, and we truly appreciate that.”

Mr Khan fitted them yesterday and explained that it might take a few days to get used to them, but if he had any problems to call the surgery and he would fit him in anytime. I feel so very fortunate to have found Tam and his team at Telegraph Road Dental Practice conveniently almost opposite the bus station in Heswall. On entering the surgery I felt very much at ease due to the reassuring, kind and understanding welcome I received from the receptionist, Jan. The patients, Tam, the dentist, and the rest of the team there are fortunate to have such a capable girl ensuring the smooth running of the day to day admin of the surgery. I cannot speak highly enough though of the whole team who are all so empathetic, professional and welcoming but especially of Tam himself. His patience in explaining treatment and X-rays to ensure I understood all that was involved, his excellent care while doing the treatment and the exceptionally high quality of the work he did was amazing. Obviously the cost of moving to private dental treatment was worrying as I am retired and on a relatively low income but the practice offers a reasonably priced dental plan which compares pretty well with other people I’ve spoken to which helps spread the cost a little and offers discount on treatment plus two free check ups and 2 free appointments with the hygienist each year which is very reassuring as I feel it is important to look after our oral health as much when we are older as when we were young. I can honestly say that my experience at Telegraph Road Dental Practice has left me feeling that I am in v capable hands. In Summary I would say; Excellent, Professional treatment from a great team with no more long waits for appointments and well worth the cost.”
