“I took my newly purchased used car here twice. This is my first car, so I was very worried due to my lack of experience. The first time, they checked my car and fixed some minor issues. They also told me, 'It's a good car.' I was so relieved, and so far, I am super happy about it. The second time, they changed my tire and refilled the refrigerant. My air conditioner went from blowing hot air only to chilling my car like the North Pole. The staff also taught me how to do some basic checks and maintenance on my car. The staff is skillful and kind, and the prices are very reasonable. I have no reason not to recommend this garage. See you for my next MOT check.”

The chap on the counter (didn't catch his name) was great to deal with and very professional. The guy that did the balance did a cracking job as well. It's rare for me to leave reviews as things are just ok but these guys were brilliant and deserve to be recognised. I would have no problem dealing with them again in the future.”

Mot and service next week at honda so any issues with car i will be taking it to hale St motors to do the work. Proper mechanics with over 45 yrs experience no fuss did the small job for me no charge tightened filter and cleaned area I hope honda dealer sees this 145 quid to look after next week finished with them. Mercedes weren’t interested in checking it out and instead gave me a quote of £800 for the replacement of the two. (Not sure what they were replacing them with at that cost)? Dean at Chester Auto Service checked both plus the full suspension and gave the car a full check over and said it was in mint condition with no issues at all and no £800 cost. lol If you want a professional garage with professional HONEST staff then I would highly recommend this garage.
