    ALDI

“Shopping at Aldi after its recent renovations has been a pleasant experience. The store is massive now and super clean. There is always ample parking even at peak times and I’ve never struggled to find a spot. Aldi has a large selection and variety of stuff, love their gluten-free range too. The staff are super friendly and very hard working. Best Aldi in Warrington!”

    Birchwood Shopping Centre

“Great shopping centre, it is not large by any means, but it has quite a few 'big name' shops. For example Asda, B&M, Home bargains, Greggs etc. The atmosphere is great and there is a cafe at one end that sells lovely roast dinners and more for a very reasonable price. The cafe is called Planet Coffee House and Grill and I would certainly recommend it. There are also free public toilets in the centre, which are clean and free to use, for a change. One of the shops I haven't mentioned, QVC Outlet. It sells the returns from the shopping channel. There can be some bargains here, but it is by chance of what has been bought and returned. The centre is always clean and tidy.”

    Co-op Food - Platt Bridge

“I want to express my deepest gratitude to the wonderful staff at our local Co-op. My autistic son managed to leave home on his own and went to Co-op and instead of treating him like just another customer, the staff went above and beyond to ensure his safety by bringing him back home. Their kindness, awareness, and genuine care meant the world to us. Their service is not just transactional, it is truly personal. They treat people with dignity, patience, and compassion and that speaks volumes about the values of this store and its team. I also genuinely enjoy shopping in this little Co-op. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff always make the experience pleasant. We are very lucky to have such an exceptional team in our community. Thank you again for your outstanding service and kindness. You are truly appreciated.”

“Went in this shop to get a few bits for my daily shopping and was met with lovely customer service. Whenever I can’t find anything the staff are always happy to help me. I even ordered some shopping online from this store when I was poorly and couldn’t leave the house. The delivery came super quickly and the staff member called Nicole left a lovely little note on my delivery packaging saying ‘Thank you for shopping with us and I hope you have a lovely day’. Something so small but it put a smile on my face.”

“Stayed in Newton for a month and came here nearly everyday… Fresh baked goods, solid meat selection, and plenty of fruits/vegs. Coming from Hawaii the prices were absolutely better. The quality of everything blew our minds. Back home there is a lack of “organic” options. Imagine paying $2 for one apple in Hawaii while for 99p you could get six! We spent probably £400-500 here where we would have spent $2,200+ at home for the same stuff.”
