“Our boiler broke on a Friday morning and after calling loads of plumbers Mark at JT was the only one who was able to do something for us, trying to help over the phone as much as possible. Although he wasn't able to make it out on Friday he came first thing Saturday to replace the thermostat for us and we now have hot water again. We will be returning to JT for any plumbing needs, the service was absolutely fantastic! Thanks again Mark.”

“We were nervous when we first called Steve at Majestic a few years ago because we had been conned by a plumber who had 5 star reviews all across the Internet. However, Steve and his colleague did a fantastic job for us and he has been back a few times for various jobs. He has today fitted a new pump for our boiler as the old one was causing a loud noise. Not only did he fit that, leaving no mess whatsoever, a radiator that had only worked for about a week or two since I moved in 21 years ago is now as hot as the main lounge radiator. Fantastic job as always and 5 stars isn't really enough. Highly recommended.”

I ring Causeway and they arrange an engineer came to vist my home on next day then arrange to install a new boiler for me the next day. “Jay from BPD heating provided excellent service. We contacted them via D&G insurance as part of a warranty. Our boiler had failed no heating or water, and we have 9 month old baby in house. They came early 24 hours after request, helpful and friendly, Jay identified problem quickly, prioritised our repair and went to collect part needed. He fixed the problem so now heating and hot wate. I would highly recommend BPD and Jay in particular. I would be happy to have work by them any time”
