“We had a a delightfully delicious lunch today at Juniper. The food was cooked to perfection for both of our meals with lovely flavours. We were so impressed we are looking forward to celebrating our Golden Wedding anniversary later on in the year with our family of foodies, but will obviously visit again before then. Particular favourite of mine was the pork belly which was tender and so tasty. It was nice to meet the talented chef at our table and Rob made our experience very comfortable with the right amount of welcome, service and information. A great introduction to this little gem. “Lovely place, took my daughter for her birthday, she’s pescatarian and there was a good choice for her. We had the roast beef Sunday lunch which was really well cooked and pink as we like it. My daughter had the herb crusted cod which looked lovely, she cleared her plate. Wine was of good quality, all in all a brilliant place for a special occasion. Portions are very big and I couldn’t finish mine regretfully as it was delicious.”

“Wow...what can I say this place is a little Gem!! It is my weekly treat to go here for Saturday breakfast whilst my son does Jujitsu. The food is OUTSTANDING. Always tasty and always fast. Tom and his team not only serve amazing food but they do it in what is simply an amazingly friendly and welcoming way. Not only would I recommend this truly fantastic establishment. I would go as far as to say that if you are in the Wigan area this is the only place to go if your hungry.”

“Fantastic venue for a children's party. Huge floor space for dancing, games, roller skating and plenty of seating with tables. There is a stage for an entertainer/band and disco lighting. The toilets are clean and accessible for all. A really great place for kids to run around safely and have fun. Really friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. The hall is also very safe for kids use as all external doors are code operated.”

If you live in the Wigan area, i would suggest you order your food from here. The best Indian takeout in Wigan, easily.”

“After the demise of the great Happy Valley in Aspull, we were left searching for good "non standard" Chinese takeaway. Then we found Lams in Arlington. Which sadly closed in January. Again leaving in search of the holy grail. It's about a 12-13 min drive to the golden dragon, so not exactly local but we have no good options anymore around Blackrod. I tried this place because of the good reviews on Google. I can honestly say this place is amazing. It has competitive pricing and everything was really good quality. Also the portion sizes were really large. We had the fried combo starter, which was really good. Beef satay, fried rice, chips and crackers. Was absolutely phenomenal. We found our new non-local, local takeout. Highly recommend.”
