“Absolutely amazing and quality food. Highly recommend the burgers, any are superb and especially the sweet chili chicken bites....wow!!!! I could just eat loads of those. Delivery is decent for timing, never had an issue and arrives as close to the time as possible, (astong traffic is terrible) but they live up to expectations. Never been inside so I cant rate for the service but I am sure its great.”

“Had a great experience at Ashton Fish Bar! The fish and chips were absolutely delicious – the batter was light and crispy, and the fish was fresh and flaky inside. Chips were golden and perfectly cooked too. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and freshness of the food. We noticed some of the lower reviews mentioning cold food or issues with delivery, but that definitely wasn’t our experience. We ordered in person and everything was piping hot and clearly just cooked. Sometimes delivery can vary, but for us the food was top-notch. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming – even gave us a sausage for our dog who was waiting in the car with us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Small things like that make a big difference and show they really care about their customers. Highly recommend stopping by in person if you want a proper, fresh fish and chips meal. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Really enjoyed the food here. They really know their way round a grill here, all the meats were seasoned differently, the lamb and chicken were both cooked perfectly. Everything left me wanting more. The oreo dessert thing is maybe the nicest pudding I’ve had, I would fight my partner for it if I had too, and she’s actually a lovely woman so I wouldn’t usually fight her.”

“I would give more stars if I could! Me and my husband got a cosy table for two on a busy Saturday night. We loved the music and the restaurant smelled amazing. The first thing I noticed is how friendly and attentive the staff were. We ordered the platter for two and the bread which came as a started was out of this world fresh tasting and fluffy. The meat was juicy and seasoned to perfection which left me thinking about eating it every day. I honestly think this place is my new favourite restaurant and will be going back often. We ordered desert, baklava with ice-cream. The portions were perfect and service was quick and effortless. We both had a really positive experience so thank you to all the staff, front and back of house.”

“Just moved in to the area and checked out the Millstone, wow! A real pub with old fashioned values ie. Customers come first. Very friendly atmosphere, dog freindly, great beer great host and great beer garden! My new local.”

“Amazing food and wonderful staff. Restaurant is lovely. Marking atmosphere as 4* only due to how loud it was (which is to be expected) but I'm sensitive to noise and it affected my experience. Can't fault the staff, they were perfect. Whoever was working 5th Aug in the evening are awesome.”

“This is only our second visit to the park hotel (Tuesday 21.06.24) and on both occasions have received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. The food has also been of a high quality. Pricing is very similar to other establishments in the area but, crucially, of a superior quality and quantity. Thanks again to your amazing staff. We will be back again very soon.”

“Visited here on a Sunday afternoon. We where looking for something spacious with the current pandemic and we weren't disappointed. It was relatively quiet surprisingly, and very spacious. My mum uses an electric wheelchair which was easily accommodated. You have to use the side door as there is a step accessing a lovely beer garden. This wasn't a problem for us as she can walk short distances and we where close to the door so she could still go outside to smoke once we had been seated. We where sat by the pass so got to inspect much of the food as it was being taken out, everything looked amazing. The staff where welcoming and service was quick, we had our drinks within minutes of arriving and food didn't seem to take too long either. We both opted for burgers, although once we saw the Sunday roasts agreed to try them next time. I had a chicken burger and honestly one of the nicest I've had. The chicken was cooked perfectly. My mum enjoyed her hamburger aswell, clearly all fresh ingredients. Definitely our new pub lunch place.”

“Cracking afternoon in the new and improved Georgia browns. No trouble getting on the pool table. Good tunes playing and the added bonus of having a small beer Fest on. Fri and sat nights are a bit too busy for me on here but I think I'll be coming again in the afternoon.”

“Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. There were quite a few of us let down by another venue ( not their fault) but we were quickly accommodated. All staff were lovely and so nice , we were all made to feel welcome. We ordered food and drink via app and from the bar which was really prompt, hot and delicious. Portions were excellent and so was the quality. We will definately be regulars now!”
