I have a high gag reflex, but San & his staff have managed to almost eliminate this, meaning I can attend a dentist without the usual feeling of anxiety and trepidation. “I've been going to 183 Dental for years now. I'm a really anxious patient. I fidget a lot due to neck pain and I hate needles!! Both David and Emma have been extremely calming and reassuring throughout any treatment that I've had from either of them. My most recent visit was for a check-up with Emma and she was just as amazing as always. She was very attentive, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable, especially with my neck. I've had a bad experience with being given anaesthetic in the past (not @ 183!!), but David really took the time to walk me through the procedure while numbing my mouth, making sure I felt no pain whatsoever. The atmosphere in the waiting room and the surgeries is always quiet and tranquil, which really helps ease any nerves if you're a nervous patient. The staff are friendly, which adds to the overall sense of comfort. I highly recommend this practice to anyone.”

“It took me from October 24 to Jan 25 to finally get registered with this practice after getting kicked out of my own dentist which I had been with for 37yrs. I'm so glad I persevered in keep phoning them. Absolutely fantastic practice. I had an appointment booked but they phoned the week before with a cancellation for the same day, and I had the treatment needed the following morning. I'm petrified of the dentist and Dr Saeid really put my mind at ease, great caring nature and explained everything, the nurses and other staff there made me feel welcome. “After being with this dental surgery for the past 12 months I had Abdul previously who whilst going through my root canal treatment with him I didn't trust him fully and he never reassured me due to me suffering with anxiety I never felt comfortable when going in for treatment he told me I was excessively bleeding during the treatment and he had to stop this triggered my anxiety and so I didn't go back after some months had he have still been there rhis review would not be 5 stars. However I had built up the courage to go back today as I desperately needed further treatment. I was surprised to find that I had a new dentist and was so thrilled!!! Harris is an absolute credit to this dental surgery he reassured me throughout talking me through each step and the treatment was world's apart from Abdul doing it. Abdul never prepped the area, Harris clamped my tooth area and put a mouth screen around I didn't feel a thing and know i am in safe hands on my next appointment!
