βOwning a Tesla, I have used Shaws Service Station in Rhyl for MOTs and service work and have found them to be informative, very helpfull and willing to do much more than many other garages. Danielle kept me well informed whilst Joe and Rich carried out the repair. Tesla Service in Chester were, as usual, very busy. Shaws came to my rescue, although the part required from Tesla took a little while, Danielle kept me informed, an extended wait was to be expected, as this went beyond Shaws expected repair estimate I was offered the use of a courtesy car. As it turned out, the repair was completed the following day ! Being a local company that has a Tesla experienced technician certainly makes the choice easy, it's Shaws Service Station for me ! βMy auto sleeper polensa peurgeot 1.9 TD Y reg 2001 motorhome went to her mot and passed flying colours. Then they told me it would not start. The commonly known problem keycode not recognised it would not start. One of Lobitos tyres garage mechanics removed the terminal from the battery 30 mnts later it started and green flag stood down. Thanks Lobitos top firm. But with my wife depending on the motorhome for leisure . I called Jay who diagnosed the solonoid was stopping him bypass the immobiliser. He could have trotted off but said he would try to help. Hours under cramped conditions under my engine with a dremil he removed the cover from the immobiliser housing and removed the solonoid. By passing the fuel pump the motorhome was reborn. Starts first time runs like a dream 30.000 miles on the clock. I am in for the next 10-15 years with her. I am 75 year's old now. The car had the full works with the paintwork and alloy wheels ceramic coated ( really does help with washing, especially during the winter months) along with the interior detailed and protected. The lad checked on all my tires, let me know there were no nails to be found and then checked air pressure and valves. Then let me know the tire with lowest pressure had a loose valve.
