“Took my BMW X3 to David Paul yesterday. The cigarette lighter connection wasn't working, my mobile phone wouldn't connect and the radio wasn't play. I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. “I have been using Mike @ Zed Shed for quite a few years now for the maintenance of my Z4 coupe. Unfortunately, I had to sell it in the Spring because I've just had 2 new hips & it was too low. I now drive an Alfa Romeo Stelvio & Mike has just done a service, Serpentine Belt change & sorted out an oil leak which was caused by the shoddy workmanship of an Alfa main dealer. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a "can do" attitude & is an all round great guy. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Absolutely brilliant !!”

“This man saved my weekend! I collected the mother of all tyre failures on the way up north, and was left needing a new tyre and the wheel checked out early on a Saturday morning. Thankfully my first port of call found me here, and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a decent used tyre fitted onto a wheel that had been checked for true and airtightness. The best bit? The bill! About half of what an honest garage would have reasonably charged, and a third of what I expected. Lovely fella, lovely service, lovely price.”

“Taken my honda civic to colin with a oil leak front offside because honda dealer warrington wanted 145 pound to investigate it first .turns out the oil filter was loose which the honda dealer did on last service. Mot and service next week at honda so any issues with car i will be taking it to hale St motors to do the work. Proper mechanics with over 45 yrs experience no fuss did the small job for me no charge tightened filter and cleaned area I hope honda dealer sees this 145 quid to look after next week finished with them.
