“I needed an appointment with an OT specialist And going through the NHS I was going to have to wait many months for an appointment I found Craig on the internet and he came out to see me really quickly yes I had to pay but it was worth every penny He looked around the property we lived in and did a good assessment of my needs and my situation I have arthritis in my hips, shoulders and a back injury from my time working for the nation coal board i also have angina the property I lived in had a bath and I was struggling to get in and out of the bath Also at the same time my mother in law needed more and more attention with her daily needs He personally contacted my local housing authority as well as gave me a written letter Quite quickly I was rehoused with a 2 bedroom bungalow with a wetroom Life now is so much easier no in and out of the bath, no back and to as the mother in law now lives with us Craig works for the NHS as well as doing OT at weekends he is very knowledgeable, friendly and will help as best he can”

“Not sure why the bad reviews. From the moment I contacted talking matters, I've felt supported. I self referred for bereavement counselling and was actually diagnosed with PTSD. From first contact to first treatment session was about 2 months, but I was contacted in that time for things like triage and assessments. I've been having CBT for free and the difference has been amazing. I can't praise them enough. If you are willing to have some patience and wait for your treatment (they have emergency numbers if your condition deteriorates in the interim), then I highly recommend the service. My treatment would have cost thousands privately.”
