“I got in touch with Northwich Motor’s last Tuesday, their response time was efficient, as I was responded to outside of business hours. The next day, I received a message from Errol and we’d had a call to discuss the car or any other questions I had. We viewed it that Saturday and also took a test drive, I feel he was transparent about everything to do with the car, their services and the whole process was very flexible and easy. We also had a free delivery included as we lived in a radius to the garage. Also, as our car was £0 tax he even went out of his way to do that task of taxing it for us which I feel was very kind as he didn’t have to do that. Overall, this was my me and my partners first car purchase too and with Errol’s service I feel it made it that bit easier. I would 10/10 recommend going to Northwich Motor’s if you’re looking for decent cars and a great service.”

“I intended to buy a magnetic rear camera system from Falcon at the NEC motorhome and caravan show but ended up ordering a new caravan instead! I later regretted not buying the camera and was pleased to learn I could still get it at the show price for another week. I put in my order but was away on holiday and requested delivery be delayed until my return. This was no problem for Falcon and I got the camera when I was back home. I haven't installed it yet but am impressed with the build quality and the stability of the image. I have no doubt it will work flawlessly to give a clear view of what's behind the caravan when towing.”

“Chris's workshop was recommended, and I am glad I attended. First impressions are always important to me, and Chris impressed me because he's an amiable and sociable man. The remedial work was minor: damaged n/s external and internal passenger door sill; rear n/s door surface abrasion and dented bottom edge and adjacent wheel arch; front o/s bumper and wheel arch abrasion; but essential nonetheless. The result of the repairs was highly satisfactory, thus rendering the car as good as new. Usually, I do not make recommendations, preferring to write 2-star/3-star neutral comments. However, I make an exception for Chris and his Autobodies Centre Ltd., which is deservedly a 5-star quality operation. Oh - let's not forget that after I dropped the car off, Chris dropped me off back at my home and, when finished, delivered my car. Well done...”
