βTook my BMW X3 to David Paul yesterday. The cigarette lighter connection wasn't working, my mobile phone wouldn't connect and the radio wasn't play. I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. See you again when my service is due.β

βFantastic service from Warrington Cars. We booked an airport transfer and when our flight was delayed they tracked the flight and text with updated pick up time from Manchester. The taxi driver was very friendly and helpful and lifted all of our luggage into the car. At 3am after a long flight it was appreciated. The following day I had a text to ask if we had lost a mobile phone. The taxi driver had found my sons phone in the back of his vehicle, he came out of his way the following day to return it and wouldn't take any petrol money. What a guy!
