I was greeted at reception by Andrea who welcomed me and offered me coffee because I was waiting for the repair. Half an hour later, the mechanic Karl came in to tell me that he had replaced a fuse and all was now working. He then took me to my car and gave me a 15 minute tutorial on the apps that were connected to it and how to get the most from them. As he was replacing the covers which had to be removed I went to settle my account. NO CHARGE was the response. Magnificent customer service. Thank you David Paul and the team. Thankfully my first port of call found me here, and 20 minutes later I was on my way with a decent used tyre fitted onto a wheel that had been checked for true and airtightness. The best bit?
