After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!”
