“A private hire of the Richmond Royale - we had a fantastic trip from Richmond to Hampton Court and back over four hours. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Turks pointed us towards a few caterers - Chilibees made a selection of delicious canapes which were already on the boat for us when we were picked up. A beautiful day to be up on the top deck with a drink or two from the onboard bar, enjoying the river views. Thank you Turks, highly recommended!”

“Dr Ali saw me as an emergency patient on the first day his surgery opened after lockdown ended in June 2020 for which I was very grateful. I had been self-treating a cavity for 8 weeks. Dr Ali was kind, professional and able to allay my concerns having been without treatment for so long. The problem was carefully explained, including using x-ray visuals to illustrate, treatment options were offered and the issue was quickly remedied. “Absolutely a platinum level of service! Went to a different mechanic first to get my rear brake disc replaced. They tried charging me 250 for the part and nearly a whole days labour! Crown showed me the price of all the parts from Honda direct, and charged a really fair amount for labour! Not only that, but freebies like air in the tyres and clutch lever adjustments were also done! So impressed that honest and hardworking mechanics still exist!!”

“All the guys at the desk are super helpful. The facilities are excellent, I used to play badminton there when it had the Whitton "Dome" visible from the A316, but now it's been brought bang up to date with the new school buildings. The only slight downside is that a badminton training there is more expensive than Hampton with the danger amount of time and the same coach”

I saw Dr Massey four times between April and July: once for a new patient appointment, once for a consultation about composite bonding; and twice for composite bonding appointments. When I first met Dr Massey, she asked me to call her Hannah – a simple touch, but one that made me feel I was more than just a patient. I can't praise Hannah enough. She explained the procedures and its relative advantages/disadvantages vs veneers in a way that helped me make an informed choice. Hannah is absolutely meticulous in her work. More than just a great dentist, she is an artist, striving to make my top 4 and bottom 4 teeth look natural (rather than too perfect). The results were even better than I had hoped!
