“Dr Ghoncheh Roustazad at Brightsmile has changed not only smile but my whole life , I have been visiting Brightsmile for a number of years having various work and check ups done but I had a broken front tooth which had been repaired many years ago but had since broken and was so awful to look at I hardly ever smiled and had no confidence in my appearance, we set up a plan to repair the tooth and other problems and I was in the chair for 2 hours straight, when the work was done I hesitantly turned the mirror round to see the results and I immediately broke down with emotion I had a smile again !!! After so many years I was trembling with excitement and Dr Roustazad and her colleague were so pleased after all their amazing work. I travel 40 miles from my home to use this practice they are the best and I have nothing but huge praise to them for their work . Thank you so so much .”

“The centre is very clean and professional and in a good location. Originally, I did have a few issues with the reception team when it came to never getting a call back or responding back to my emails, but eventually this was resolved. As for my treatment, Mr Rohit Singh Dhillon was excellent! Very informative and friendly, you knew that he knew exactly what he was talking about, and after a half an hour session with him, my back felt very relieved and i felt a lot more flexible. Rohit is a gem and ill definitely be coming back to visit him again in the future!”

Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. We’ve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention.
