“I booked my airport transfers to and from my hotel in Prague through Prague Experience. I was very happy with the service. Both drivers we had, Martin and Emil, were friendly, courteous and on-time. It was our first time in Prague and we didn't want the hassle of carrying our luggage on a bus or train from the airport. In spite of a delay at customs/immigration, Martin was waiting for us as expected. In fact, Prague Experience had contacted us via cell phone when we failed to show up on time to verify our arrival and provide directions on where to meet our driver. Unfortunately, my phone's battery was dead and I didn't get the call or message. No worries--Martin was still waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised. On our return transfer, there was no need to call and verify our reservation. We exited our hotel and Emil was waiting at the curb to take our bags right on time.
