“My husband had had hip surgery on Boddington Ward and received fantastic care from all the nurses and auxiliary staff. Everyone was kind, professional and attentive, which made such a difference to his recovery. Apologies because we can only remember nurse Aggy by name, she was wonderful as were all the staff and I’d also like to mention Natalie in physiotherapy, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Thank you to the whole team for making the experience so positive”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! He is very patient and understanding and took time to listen to my concerns and talked me through the various types of procedure, helping me to reach a decision. “I’d previously had Invisalign done elsewhere and unfortunately wasn’t happy with the results. From my very first consultation with Kunal, I knew I was in safe hands. He explained everything clearly, kept me disciplined throughout, and the whole process was so efficient and professional. I went for the ABC package (Align, Bleach, Composite Bonding) and the transformation has been incredible. “Liva was my service care member of staff who was very friendly, courteous and helpful. There always seems to be issues with loan cars which is quite frustrating but Liva did her best to reschedule my appointment to accommodate a loan vehicle. Liva is a credit to the service centre as she goes above and beyond for her customers and despite her challenges she is always smiling which aids in de-escalating situations when things go wrong.”

“This dentist is so good... I travel 55 miles for my appointments!!! Such a friendly and welcoming team. I suffer bad anxiety and its the main reason I come here. I've never experienced such a good dentist (Julia), dental nurses and hygienists that are so highly equipped with the knowledge to deal with worried patients especially ones with such high anxiety like myself. I avoided dentists for many years due to bad experiences, would only go when i had to and highly reccomend this one. I now have full bill of dental health and regularly attend (which Iavoided before due to my anxiety). I have, sadly, witnessed staff on the recieving end of abuse whilst there though - whilst they are so calm, collected and professional in such circumstance. I'd like to remind the general public that these are staff who go home to loved ones, who have feelings, at work doing a job to the best of their ability - and I can really vouch for that. Please remember to be kind. This practice stands out way above the rest- and I've had my share on dental practices!”

“This hospital holds lots of memories for me my son was cared for whilst going thru treatment for cancer. Although he fought it for 5 yrs he lost the battle, but staff were so lovely to him it made a big difference. I'm going thru similar problems + the staff are amazing can't credit them enough”
