“On my appointment I was afraid but Dr Bhad and Ruppie was very comforting and helpful. She explained everything to me and reassured me on the process which calmed me down. She took lots of time on fixing my past filings and she was able to save my tooth for another filling. she is very good, polite and hardworking. I am very happy with her and would highly recommend. “Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“The food was delicious and flavourful. Had the chilli chicken, chicken Manchurian, chilli garlic chicken noodles and schezuan fried rice. The chicken was soft and reminded me of the indo-Chinese food I had in India! The chilli garlic noodles were the best! If you have a craving for indo-Chinese food, I’d pick this without a doubt! Also forgot to add that the portions were big! Love it!”

“Best salon ever. Nab is amazing, she is polite , courteous and is a lovely lady. She really cares about her customers and goes out of her way to accommodate you. Honestly I’ve never known such an amazing beautician and trust me they are very hard to find. ( trust me I’m fussy and it takes a lot to impress me so this is definitely a positive)The service is great and everything I get done is great. You can also be honest with her and tell her anything and she will be so understanding about your treatment whereas others salons take it so personally and are very rude. I always tell everyone I go there and would definitely recommend. I must add one last point the best threading lady in west London and trust me I’ve been to loads of salons over the years and no one can beat Nab.”

“Took my Merc C class for a brake disc & pads change today at the garage. Anees was prompt in responses over the phone and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. I had my doubts initially but all the 5 star reviews gave me some confidence and I decided it was worth taking a chance. After dropping the car at the garage, I was kept updated with photos of the parts & videos while the work was being done. I was contacted as soon as the car was ready unlike some other garages where I've had to follow up to find the status of the work. Overall, I liked Anees' honesty and professional attitude towards the work - will definitely go back for future servicing needs.”

“I have been coming to Agnieszka for as long as I can remember, I trust her enough to come in and say do whatever you want because I know I will always be happy with what she does. She just knows what colours suit people the best and she has been doing this for 22 YEARS! So there is no one I trust more than her with my hair. Today when I came in I had about three different colours on my head from when I was to impulsive to go to her so I did blue dye at home. Look how she’s fixed me up. Amazing girl honestly couldn’t recommend her more!!”

The market place payment concept also works great as you can linger a long time while adding to your order. Works for a long transit wait. Better than the commercial lounge.”

“I recently visited Mr Singh's Pizza and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza had a light and crispy base, and the soya topping was exceptionally well-seasoned—definitely not chewy like you find at most places. The fries were an absolute standout—10/10! Perfectly cooked with a light, crispy shell and a fluffy interior. Highly recommend giving them a try. The milkshake was good, though fairly standard in both flavour and presentation. As for the sauces, they weren't labeled, but they did offer tomato ketchup, BBQ, and their own recipe chilli sauce, which had a nice tangy kick. I tried Mr Singh's spicy burger, and while the condiment fillings (just cheese and lettuce) left something to be desired, the actual soya patty was amazing! It was well-seasoned with a bit of a kick, but I would have loved to see extras like onions, pickles, or jalapeños to elevate it further. The prices were very reasonable, and portions were generous, making it great value for money. Decor was a little plain, with no real furnishings to make it stand out and standard automated playlist for music but the food makes up for this. Bonus points for their 100% vegetarian menu with vegan options—perfect for all the meat-free food lovers out there. If you're looking for great vegetarian comfort food, Mr Singh's is definitely worth a visit!”

“I came to Aspire back in 2018 and had 7 treatments for full body laser. Wow! All I can say is phenomenal! Growing up with such corse thick hair being Indian made me so insecure and her machines are the best top technology! I only now have to come for top ups every 6 months…. I literally grow no hair!!! “I was travelling alone and had a long early morning flight ahead so moved from another hotel in central London to Aerotel London at Heathrow Terminal 3, and I'm so glad I did! I had a single room with no window, and I had no plans other than to sleep, so, while it was small, it was convenient, clean and comfortable. I had three suitcases and they fit conveniently in front of the bed, and there is a small bench where you can rest an open case to go through it. There are three hangers on a stylish set of holders for your clothes/outer-wear. There is a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee, and there is a small restaurant on the 3rd floor called the Library. The lobby has some snacks and drinks for purchase also. Check-in and check-out were both easy, and the staff were friendly. Considering this is in the middle of an airport, it was so quiet! I will definitely stay here on my next transit through Terminal 3.”
