My teeth were in a bad state and instead of judging me, Helen was more focused on what she could do for me rather than what was already done. “My husband had had hip surgery on Boddington Ward and received fantastic care from all the nurses and auxiliary staff. Everyone was kind, professional and attentive, which made such a difference to his recovery. Apologies because we can only remember nurse Aggy by name, she was wonderful as were all the staff and I’d also like to mention Natalie in physiotherapy, who was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. “Best vets hands down. They love their animals so much and it really makes that difference. Pricing is very good too. Only thing receptionist was not very friendly when I paid my bill in cash. She seemed to be annoyed by this fact but the vets there are lovely and I would recommend to anyone”

Also a special thanks to Candi for going above and beyond to help with dietary needs etc 2019 **** The woman with red hair on reception was LOVELY! Last time I didn’t have a great experience but this time... wow! She was so so lovely and accommodating. After having a csection and having to arrange a lift to pets at home that day, she explained that I would have to order and come back the next day for treatment. I apologised for not knowing and explained I would need to get a lift the following day (not expecting her to change the rules) She said “you know what... we aren’t busy let me go and sort that for you. It will save you getting someone to bring you back down.” She asked me about the baby etc She was personable and so so understanding She went above and beyond out of her way to help me That is customer service at its finest!!! Well done for getting someone like her on board! It makes such a difference to your day when you come across gems like that!!! Thank you! Please make sure this feedback gets back to her!! “A very good place where my wife disappears and I walk round looking at stuff. The staff are super lovely. They do classes if you are into crafting etc which is well worth joining There is a lot of stuff here, sewing, crafting, art and if you want to learn any of these there are classes too Very friendly staff Also note if you have a blue light card, hobby craft gives some discount they don’t advertise this as much as you would think but if you are a blue light card holder like my wife use it”

“My daughter loves all her classes at Holly Bellsham School of Performing arts, doing tap, ballet, street jazz, drama and singing. I love that the classes are fun and no pressure is on the children yet they are learning all the correct technique. She enjoys her drama and singing classes and is always excited to get her scripts and song words. It’s been lovely to see her involved in the theatre shows and watch her on stage.”
