Authentic dining in Romford

“what a delight! This has always been our favourite place for an Indian. yeah..they make mistakes because they're human but they always try to rectify it when mentioned to them. they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure they get it right. we went for Christmas day dinner and they went out of their way to make sure my family had an excellent time and a great meal. they do not sell alcohol but we were told to bring our own..which obviously brought the bill right down. the cost of the meal was exactly the same as any other day in the year. there were 6 adults and a hungry 7 year old. it came to £141...for Christmas dinner !!! im doing this every year, im just hoping they're open for Christmas 2024 because they can rely on our custom. thank you guys. this was the best Christmas dinner ever (i hate roast dinners) for the record, we always make a point of trying other places to see which is best. there are other places nearby that do meal deals and cheaper stuff. but the flavours this restaurant serves has not been bettered elsewhere (apart from one place in north yorkshire a couple of years ago but its a bit far for a local)”

They served me with a smile and great attitude, which made me feel truly appreciated. Alexandra, the manager, deserves a special mention – she is incredibly professional, friendly, and always goes the extra mile. Amazing service, I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Brand Newly Refurbished! Must visit! Its so nice and clean inside and they take great care and pride in their food. Ordered the Double Platter take away with grilled wings, it was worth it. The wings i needed to grill at home because they needed a little bit more cooking for my palette. Would come again and will recommend to all my friends and family.”

On placing the order, it said delivery would be 1 hour however, the wait was definitely worth it! The lahmachuns were tasty and great value for money considering the generous portion size. “Went there once in the past and it was ten out of ten. Went there today and it was again ten out of ten. Its a great place with a very authentic Pewshwari/ Pashtun decor, where you can sit on the pillows and eat to get an authentic ethnic experience. I recommended the karahi curry and sweet lassi, and the soup I had last time (only available during cold months). You get complimentary mollases tea after your meal. The only downside was spotting a few cockroaches crawling down the wall, but this restaurant is definitely worth visiting.”

First time ordering through them and the lady on the phone was very helpful to guide me through any queries about the dishes. Online order was very easy and straightforward. If you want to pay with card then use their online website to order. Everything we ordered was amazing! I’m very picky with my Chinese and this place exceeded my expectations. The food had an authentic taste and very good portions, will definitely be my go to Chinese spot from now on. I will highly recommend you to try it, 10/10”

“Took a chance on this place after finding them on Deliveroo, because we fancied a real pizza, not the kind of rubbish you get from Papa Johns or Pizza Hut. It was amazing! Very authentic in both looks and taste. My only complaint is that the topping selections are a bit limited - it’d be great to see some more options, like a njuda or speck.
