“I was here for the first time for an early afternoon dinner. This is one of the pizzas I had in London. It’s real Italian and very tasty. The straciatella and spicy salami pizza is just the best. Burrata must be good but I will try that next time. The cocktails are also great. One of the few places which has campari spritz on their menu. The value is also good. If you’re coming for dinner at prime time you should book but otherwise you’re OK. I will be coming back.”

“I first found Spaghetti House after playing football across the street in Tufnell Park a few years ago, by accident really. What I found with my Dad was an absolute gem of a restaurant. They have a good variety of options food-wise. I usually go for the Pizza, but the Pasta, Calzone and Meat dishes are all good options too. Prices for these meals usually vary between £8-15, so fantastic value. The beers and wine are reasonably priced too. Despite being part of a chain, I have to say that that is not the vibe you get at all in this restaurant. It is homely, owned (at least in part I believe?) by the staff and a hugely relaxing setting to eat in. The food is great, the prices are very good, but the best part of Spaghetti House is without question the service. You are always greeted with a smile, a handshake, and if you're lucky perhaps even a free shot at the end. The restaurant is just opposite the Tufnell Park Dome, which does quite a few gigs around the year. If you're in the area, I would highly recommend popping into the Spaghetti House for a fantastic meal!”

“I had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu offered a great variety, and everything we ordered was delicious and authentic. The beef and fried chicken are just the right amount of spice. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a modern touch. Plus, the service was quick, and the food arrived fresh and hot. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in the UK! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for authentic and tasty Chinese cuisine.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Villa Mamas. The moment I stepped inside, the space felt warm and inviting — relaxed, stylish, and with a touch of homely Gulf charm that sets the tone for the entire meal. It’s the kind of restaurant where you instantly feel at ease. The food was the standout. I ordered the machboos, and it was exceptional — beautifully seasoned, aromatic, and full of depth without ever feeling heavy. Every bite had that comforting home-cooked quality, but elevated with precision and balance. You can clearly taste the chef’s roots and passion in the way each dish is put together. The service was also excellent. Staff were attentive without hovering, and genuinely friendly. They guided me through a few menu recommendations and checked in just the right amount. It made the experience feel personal rather than routine. Overall, this is one of the best Middle Eastern meals I’ve had in London. Authentic flavours, generous portions, a great atmosphere, and a team that really knows how to make guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be returning.”

Best dish was Kabuli pulow, tasty rice having good qty meat and comes with vegetable and chutney. Kabab with naan were also good Chicken roast was nice too with fries (best for children) Starter was average because quantity was less (would not order again)”

“I've been dining at this restaurant for over 15 years, and it’s a true gem. Unlike the typical Bangladeshi-style British curry houses, this is an authentic Indian restaurant offering classic, home-style curries packed with incredible flavour. Mahesh and his team are always warm and welcoming, and every dish is freshly cooked in-house. I’ve seen some negative reviews here, but I can confidently say they don’t reflect my experience—this place is fantastic.”

“This Caribbean shop has become my go-to, especially in the winter. I usually order from them on Uber and the food just tastes so homey and comforting. I honestly buy their soup every couple of days because it’s that good and it’s the kind of meal that warms you right up. I’ve never had an issue with the quantity either. They’re always generous with the dumplings, potatoes, carrots, sweetcorn, and chicken. The flavours are amazing every single time. I’ve nearly tried nearly all of the food items by now”

“Stopped in for dinner. We were seated right away. We ordered chicken korma and chicken vindaloo. The food was amazing. The vindaloo was spicy and the korma was very creamy. The naan and rice were perfect. The atmosphere was a little loud. (I prefer quieter restaurants and there was a large party while we were there).”

“My friend and I enjoyed the Christmas carbonara - it looks, smells and tastes like the festive season! Great amount as well haha we're both feeling stuffed. Rich in sauce and generous in turkey bits. I was worried turkey will be conventionally dry but in fact it's very tender and we are both very impressed. Best turkey ever.”

“Zin Indian Restaurant is truly a hidden gem in central London. As a first-time visitor, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavors of the food. The chicken tikka masala was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. The sauce was just the right balance of tangy and savory, complementing the tender chicken beautifully. The cozy atmosphere and attentive service made the experience even better. For anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a welcoming setting, Zin is definitely worth a visit. I’m already looking forward to trying more dishes on the menu.”
