“A first class service from beginning to end. With an annual holiday coming up, I asked whether they could complete the repair to my vehicle by a certain date - they met that date. Very impressive. Matthew, at Fastlane, promised I would receive updates every three days as to the progress being made to repair my vehicle; this duly happened. The only reason I used Fastlane was because of a friend and colleague who had used them twice before and could not praise them highly enough. I certainly was not disappointed, as to their customer service or the quality of the repair. Fill credit goes to Matthew who was highly focused, polite and efficient at all times.
