The customer service team is excellent, always smiling and welcoming. I had the chance to meet one of the managers, and he was very kind, professional, and straightforward. He really stood up for us, helped us, and provided solutions to our issues. A big thank you to him and to all the staff. Although the queue was long, it moved quickly because the service was efficient and well organised. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and I would definitely go back again.”

Not the cheapest place to shop but products are reliably good quality; and there's rarely a queue at the self-service checkouts which makes it quick and efficient. One bugbear is that it's only open until 10pm so it's often already closed by the time I realise I want to buy something (cue a sprint to the Tesco petrol station on the road to St Giles, which operates till 11pm!) But apparently I'm in a minority of folk wanting to make purchases at that hour, since I'm seemingly often the sole customer on my 9:50pm visits.”
