“Guests came from canada and had a layover in the UK. Took them here for breakfast: Got the Haleem- absolutely divine. Never had such good Haleem before. Chaane were heavenly and tasted so authentic. The naan was so crisp but soft in the middle, tasted soo good with the Chaane and Haleem. The chai. The chai. It was so good. Added 4 moons onto the whole experience. “I popped in for a coffee as I was delivering just around the corner. The place is small but really nice and it created a really nice atmosphere. I ordered the coffee and a cheese and tuna panini with chillies. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was great, I had to wait around 5 minutes but I sat and enjoyed my coffee . It was delicious, and when I gave the owner feedback she mentioned that she only uses the best coffee and her passion for the business was brilliant. I would highly recommend , delicious food, brilliant panini, friendly staff and a great coffee shop with a great atmosphere”

“What an amazing hidden gem! The restaurant only seats about 20 people but the food is outstanding. Reminiscent of the rich indulgent food you find in North India. The Amritsari Kulcha was a real standout. As was the Old Delhi butter chicken, chicken lollipops, pani puri and chai. Everything a was amazing so you can’t go wrong!”

“This place surely isn't the biggest or most privately contained cafe in a hospital, but that really is the beauty of it. Run by volunteers, these people were wonderful to talk to, and not only to see them with the choice to dedicate this time, but simply considering how long some have lived for (e.g. age 92), and how good their health is. Onto the actual cafe! The price of food here from sandwiches to cafe drinks is the type of reasonable I am expecting and am so happy to see, when comparing to such, including the Costa in the hospital. In my opinion that includes the range of cakes, biscuits and bars too! Having my [veg] sandwhich toasted made it extra fulfilling, and the cappuccino was super! And it gets better: All profits made, go to a certain division of the hospital. More people should visit this cafe to appreciate the efforts devoted by volunteers here. Hospitals should have more affordable, lovingly run cafe's like this! Obviously that doesn't even have to be as a patient!”
