“Beautiful Indian restaurant deserves all the praise it gets around London. I ordered a Karahi gosht special & butter naan, was beautifully presented, tasted delicious, meat tender, soft and juicy, naan bread nice and hot. Customer service was excellent, the waiting staff made me feel very welcome, be back again.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. “A very neat and clean hotel located right at Terminal 4. A walkway from Depature floor of Heathrow Terminal 4 connects directly to the hotel. It's very well signposted. The rooms are great and the breakfast was fine. There was a small problem with the room initially alloted to me but Ms Priyanka at the reception was extremely prompt and dealt with it in an extremely professional manner by upgrading me to a room with runway view immediately. All in all a very good hotel.”

“Excellent IHG hotel - Rooms are large, clean, stylish and well appointed, with a fridge, iron, tea and coffee-making facilities and a safe. You couldn’t ask for more. - Good recognition for higher-tier IHG members; I was upgraded to a room on the Club floor. - The Club lounge evening happy hour is excellent, with a good selection of hot and cold food, plus wine, beers and soft drinks. Breakfast is better in the restaurant the afternoon offering is disappointing. Mihaela who works in the lounge most evenings, is friendly and provides excellent service. - There’s a decent gym, plus a restaurant and bar with reasonable prices. You can also eat at the other nearby hotels. - Hotel is connected directly to Terminal 4 via a covered walkaway. It’s a 5-10min walk. - Note that when prices are unreasonably high, the connecting Holiday Inn Express may be a more cost-effective option.”

“We had a great time at this Nepali restaurant. The parking right outside made it easy to get in. The food was delicious and had real Nepali flavors, all for a good price. The staff were nice, and the service was excellent. We especially recommend the lamb with bone curry; it was very tasty. Overall, it's a wonderful place for a nice meal would definitely recommend!”

The food arrived early (A shock in itself), was superbly fresh and incredibly tasty. Standards and taste were more synonymous with eateries in places like DUBAI and CENTRAL LONDON not hounslow. A refreshing addition to culinary treats in the Borough keep up the good work. I am not related to this business although the review seems exaggerated, just ecstatic to have a nice place to order a flavoursome breakfast. Having ordered from many establishments in the Borough I can unequivocally say they are top trumps.”

“Great football pitches and changing facilities. Great bar too for after game drinks. This facility offers 3 - 4 grass pitches. Some or them are a little on the slant. Not sure what the price ranges are but always call and ask.”

He was the only person who was working and to me was unacceptable as I'm coming from hospitality as well. He was so smooth and everything was perfect. I don't know this guy but who hired him should be lucky to have him.”

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff joycelyn and shilpi made me feel right at home with their friendly service. The food was delicious—I tried the classic chicken paratha roll and the LPC omelette, both of which were excellent. The highlight for me was the *kadak chai*. It had the perfect blend with the milk—honestly one of the best chais I’ve ever tasted! Definitely a must-try spot. Highly recommended! ☕✨”

“Super easy to find inside of the London Heathrow Airport. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I entered the establishment. I looked at the menu prior to arriving so I wouldn’t spend too much time making decisions. I chose the assortment of 8 and had them wrapped in a colored bow of my choice for no extra charge, I also tried the vanilla cake, which was recommended by the employee. It was extremely light, and delicate to taste. It was the perfect snack to eat while on my flight. I will definitely stop inside during my next visit! :-)”

“I stayed at the Radisson Red across the street and good thing I was not too tired and walked to the 3 Magpies. I had a very delicious chicken pie, my mate had the beef and beer (something like that) and they were both excelent, crispy outside and saucy inde. ashed down with a pint. Decent prices too.”
