“Best mechanic I have ever had work on my car, had an issue with a sensor effecting electronics in the car and these guys found the issue and went out of their way to resolve as quickly as possible, got my car back quickly and working like a charm. Another mechanic looked at my car changed the battery and then this issue popped up again after only 2 weeks, their recommendation was to get a new battery again and pay again! “Big thanks to Matt at the Barking branch who went above and beyond for me today. The system was down so none of my local branches were able to confirm the exact brake calipers I required, after having purchased incorrect ones (even though I used my Reg to verify fitment) he found a way around ECP's technical issue at the time (ie sourcing my vehicles PR code) in order to confirm the exact parts I needed, it was quite urgent as my car was awaiting parts at my local garage on a ramp. Matt was helpful from the outset, whilst waiting for my parts I noticed he had a good rapport with the other customers in branch as well. Make sure you guys at ECP look after him, he's a great asset to the company, quite the opposite to the service at the Bow branch that frequently displays little to no telephone etiquette plus don't alert you when your parts have arrived via click and collect. I'll deffo be purchasing from the Barking branch from here on out!”

“I had a New Ford Puma that was getting stone chips every time I took the vehicle out. I have had plenty of New Fords but never had anything like this. Less than 2000 miles, not driven on the motorway at high speeds, yet I had 8 chips on the bonnet and 2 on the drivers door. The team at C&D established it was a fault with the base layer of the paint and then helped me get Fords to cover the cost of a new bonnet (big thanks Paul Stokoe ) and a partial respray under warranty. Without their help I would have had to part pay for the repair (£600). They risked losing a lot of Ford business just to help me. They really went above and beyond. I am a pretty fussy customer (40 years as an automotive engineer) but what a superb job they did. A perfect match and now 17000 miles and 18months later the only chips I have are on the only panels they did not repair. I highly recommend them, whilst I hope I never need them again, it is good to know they are there if I do!”

“I had my first visit to infinity tyres and Baz and P were great with changing my 4 tyres and doing wheel alignment. While doing the alignment one of my side was super seized up P tried his best to loosen it up but no luck. He said to go and change my track rod ends and come back and he will re do my alignment for free. They are a great team and have a great service with competitive prices. I definitely recommend to anyone give them a go many thanks my fiesta drives straight as a bullet now”
