“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. “We have two cockapoos and over the years have used loads of dog groomers (London based). Our two dogs have always made desperate attempts to escape and starfish at the door, pleading with us to not take them inside - they clearly were having a terrible experience, which really traumatised us as well! Then we moved to Chelmsford and WOW, Sabrina has performed miracles! When we pull up outside, they both jump out the car and actually wag their tails up the steps to her gate. We now can leave them without the feeling of terror! Well done Sabrina, you’re a star!! You have proven grooming can be done well. I can’t recommend you highly enough. “My (very large) rescue dog had his first groom here today and I will definitely be bringing him again! Enquiring and booking was very easy- communication was great. The lady I spoke to asked lots of questions about my dog and what I wanted from his groom. My main worries were knowing that my dog doesn’t enjoy being bathed/brushed, and his size. The team were able to successfully complete his groom and he seemed comfortable enough. He looks so lovely and tidy. It really has made such a difference! “We have been using Dogwood Amersham for about 18 months following a previous poor experience in a local independent groomers, Dogwood is probably an hour from home but Molly & Shauni are brilliant and have taken a great deal of time, care and patience to get Luti to tolerate most of the grooming she needs and she always looks perfect afterwards. “My dog actually enjoys his groom here. My only complaint is that they are so popular that I often have to wait a couple of weeks to get my dog booked in for his groom! He always comes away looking really dapper and they recommended in the summer that I have him clipped for the hot weather and he loved having such short hair.”

“Visiting the pharmacy has always been a easy and pleasant experience. Not being used to how the chemist process works, I've always been looked after and walk out with my correct prescription. Not only that, they offer a service to remind me to order my repeats and let me know when they are ready. I today visited the fragrance section and despite there being only a few staff on the floor (it was close to closing) a lovely helping assistant came over and served me. It was nice to be served by a friendly member of staff who genuinely was pleasant. Not something you see nowadays. Overall to this day, I have always had a great experience in Boots. Thank you for looking after me”
