“Anita is amazing ! I had my Persian Cat for 8 years and I had him groomed regularly. Last week was his first time with Anita. It was the least stressful time ever and in fact it was the first time that I actually stayed with him while he was being groomed. It was a real learning and educational experience, Anita was so gentle and loving and genuinely caring. She taught me so much and gave me so many tips on how to care for his specific needs and well being. She arrived to my house on time and was so warm and friendly. She really is a guardian angel for cats. I would never have my cat groomed by anyone else. Thank you Anita !”

“I recently had the pleasure of boarding my rabbits at "My Pet Boarding Hotel", and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that my furry friends received during their stay. Paul was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about rabbit care, and they went out of their way to ensure that my rabbits felt safe and comfortable during their stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of room for my rabbits to hop around and play. One thing that really stood out to me was the personalized attention that my rabbits received. he even provided fresh vegetables to ensure that my rabbit's diet was healthy and balanced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at the rabbit hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of boarding for their furry friend. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”

“After viewing so many normal catteries we stumbled across Longcroft luxury cat hotel at Chelmsford for our two 6 month old, very active, Bengal kittens and we were so happy! I’m a very fussy cat-mum and really struggled to find anywhere that I was happy to leave my furbabies until I came and visited Tim at Longcroft. He really seemed to care and love all his furry guests and really put all my worries aside. The “suites” are immaculate, beautifully decorated and they had a great space with large, sturdy cat tree and lovely bedroom area with bed and Tim also brought in a water drinking fountain especially for the kittens to use which they loved and as it was hot they had their own fan too. We also took along a lot of their home comforts and toys which was welcomed. Every day whilst we were away we got lovely updates and or photos and a really lovely postcard “from the cats” on their last day. It really did put us at ease seeing them relax into their holiday home. Every evening the kids would ask if we’d heard from the cats yet :-) When we collected Bobby and Dolly they seemed very happy and relaxed (as did all the cats in their care!) which was just so lovely. “Nini has been walking my dog for six years and is someone I can trust fully to take care of her on walks and when we go on holiday. My dog is quite nervous but she loves staying with Nini as she has a calm and home from home environment. Nini loves all her dogs which is easy to see with the videos she sends from the walks. You can see all the dogs are happy and enjoy being with each other. I really would be lost without you Nini! Thank you.”

“Excellent experience. They took great care of our one year old British longhair kitten who had a range of treatments - nail clip, wash and groom, deep shed removal, a mat removal and sanitary trim. Very professional and supportive throughout the whole process. Our kitten was calm and well looked after during her time here. “Inara has been grooming our Border Terrier Teddy for the last 4 years & we cannot recommend her enough. Border Terrier’s need to be hand stripped and this is no easy task but the whole experience for Teddy and for us is always such a good one. Inara is so skilled at what she does. “Regularly come here. 5 star service everytime. would 100% reccomend! Edit- being a regular customer i know to book my appointment ahead of time as it gets busy. Having booked an appointment for 12:45 and arriving early, i was still waiting at 13:15 to be seated. I was then left with foils on my hands for an extended period of time while the ladies completed other clients treatments. Once someone eventually came to do my nails, as they finished someone else’s, my arm was then pulled vigorously again and again before being passed onto another member of staff to finish the design which at first didn’t match (i was having french tips). I eventually left the nail shop 1hr and 45 mins later for an appointment which usually takes 45 mins. This is a disappointing experience after regularly coming for 2+ years. edit- salon has been in contact and explained the situation and rectified the mistake. I am impressed with the proactivity and appreciate the gesture of righting their mistake, maintaining their professionalism. thank you.”

Heidi was offered an earlier appointment than arranged, I had in my initial call explained her circumstances and how keen I was for her to get an appointment!
