“I contacted a few body shops as I needed to get a lease car repaired prior to sending it back - while some shops initially offered slightly cheaper pricing, Mark rang me after I asked for a quote and walked me through the process and explained what needed doing and why. He was really friendly and patient, and took his time to make sure I was happy with the service. They fitted me in really quickly, flagged some other issues with the car that I hadn't spotted and gave me a really competitive quote on getting everything done, and took the time to touch up a few extra spots free of charge. The work Mark and the team do is fantastic - they turned it around two days quicker than originally quoted, and the car came out looking brand new, so much so the lease inspector said it looked like it had barely left the showroom. Would 100% recommend WWFI as it's a great independent business run by friendly people who love what they do.”

“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

“This is an excellent garage. My son in law had an issue with his car after driving down from Bedford. Didn’t know exactly what it was as there were no warning lights but he couldn’t get over about 30mph. They worked really hard figuring out the problem but eventually solved it, replaced the necessary parts and test drove it. All at a very reasonable price and taking time to explain and show to my son in law what they had needed to do. Good, old fashioned service.”

I have been using them for 4 years now and my 2003 Mercedes-Benz ‘C’ Class C180K SE Coupe has never driven so well. Great attention and communication from Magic and his wife Monika plus their prices are very reasonable. The other day I had an alternator/battery red warning light issue and as I was close by, I called Magic and he said “Come right over before your battery goes flat” and upon diagnosis an exchange Bosch alternator was ordered and fitted the same afternoon. “Called to book MOT gentleman on phone was very helpful and offered me two times within 2 days. Arrived, dropped car off, passed with nothing to address and was able to collect car within the hour. Very prompt, very efficient! Very fair price at only £49. Harvey was a lovely, approachable gentleman who returned my car on front desk, and the customers in front of me were delighted to have their tyre replaced at short notice. Finally a trustworthy garage, you have a new customer! See you again when my service is due! Previously at another garage in Cranham they failed my previous car on its MOT and told me I had to replace all four tyres at inflated prices when the treads on all tyres ranged between 3 & 5mm’s & Halfords in Romford failed two of our family cars for the same thing (on the lights being at the wrong angle) which they allegedly adjusted without asking for £12! So always skeptical when trusting garages. It’s a relief to finally find one I can, so thank you!”
