“First of all I am absolutely stunned to read the negative feedback below! I couldn't have had a better or more enjoyable service than I received. I booked my 2020 M2 competition in for a minor service, from first contact with John i knew i was going ahead with him (even though id been quoted cheaper elsewhere) he booked me in within a week which was a big convenience. John discovered an issue with my car that should have been addressed before i even collected it brand new never mind when it went in for its 1200 mile RIS service... Some apprentice had left it in transport mode so John had no access to the iDrive to update... Sorted within 5 minutes of him informing me of his troubles. Collected the car this evening and had a good chat with John and Debbie, two great people and I will not hesitate to head back for any future needs! “Our car overheated on the way to the airport, we managed to get it to Golden Keys as it was the nearest garage and they couldn’t have been more helpful. We were so lucky to stumble across them. Not only did they squeeze us in despite being really busy but they fixed the issue whilst we was away on holiday. Price was more than reasonable and Ash communicated really well with us every step of the way. They even cleaned up the car and checked for any other issues too. Great garage and really good people. Highly reccomend, they made a big issue for us a really easy fix!”

“Took my 911 to Onyx to have the springs changed for a set of 20mm lowered Eibachs. Really friendly service, a nice clean unit and Ben kept me fully up to date on everything going on. Received the car back and although the job took a lot longer than they thought, they only charged me a bit more. Still a very good price compared to what independent Porsche garages wanted, and the Onyx facility looked a lot better than most of those too. Really pleased with how the car looks now, and the handing/ride hasn't been adversely affected - it really feels planted to the road now. While I was there I couldn't resist a run on the dyno, something I've not done for many years! Definitely a lot of fun, and nice to get a graph to put with the folder of my car, along with the videos of it on the rollers. If you have a performance car definitely do this if you are local. All in all, a great bunch of lads with a nice business/facility going, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point. Thanks!”
