“Carpenders Park Car Service are amazing. The call staff are incredibly friendly and helpful (minus the few), the tracking part allows you to see where your taxi is and how much time you have to meet your driver. Drivers are very attentive and usually arrive 15 mins before your booking. Fares are incredibly reasonable with reliable card readers. Wouldn’t go with anyone else!”

The team took control of the matter from the moment I arrived and put my mind at ease as to what was needed to get my car back on the road again. “After a horrible accident i had with some paint. I never thought i would see the intirior of my car looking new again. Anthony done an amazing job at steam cleaning and much more to remove the paint from the cars carpet and seat rails. I can not thank him enough. I tried toyota main dealers and they could only replace parts which would have cost around £1000 - £1500. Anthonys work ethic is amazing and his attention to detail really is high class. Other companies did not want to even turn up. I really was amazed how hard and persistsnt anthony was at getting my pride and joy back to its original self. “I had my car remapped by remap kings, being an older BMW my ECU didn’t take the map. I spoke to Gerrard who was very professional and took the time to sit on the phone with me and discuss a solution and why the problem occurred (this was out of their control). Rather than force another map on the car, they thought the best option was to protect my ECU and instead offered me a refund. After the initial disappointment of my car not taking the remap, I am very happy with the customer service provided. Really great bunch of guys.”
