I rang them up after i received my email regarding booking my latest Jaguar car for service soon. last time they did my old car service and was very happy with there service and professionalism, but I had to do long journey to midlands this time before booking my car in for service. I spoke to kush on the phone because I was abit worried about oil level on the car, has I topped up 3 litres recently has oil was very low. He said bring the car in before you go next day we do quick health check and check all the levels on car before your trip to midlands. They checked the car topped up abit more oil and was ready to go. Now my car will be booked in for some TLC in a few days get full service done can’t wait….”

“During the lock down time, Kenton Park Service Station MOT Centre helped to do my wife's car and same time i had changed my headlight of my car. I am supposed to go next day to Norwich. Remember i approach many workshop people unfortunately no one opened during the lock down time. I never thought they will be opened. They had given NHS discount of my wife's car as well. Having been constantly overcharged for substandard work it’s actually difficult to explain how impressed I am with the team at Alfaman. I took in my Guilia Quadrifoglio that required a service. I was aware of some issues with my brakes as well as being advised by a tire shop to getting my tracking done as well. I explained this to Eddy and he arranged a date where this could all be done at once. Throughout the whole process the communication was brilliant, I would either receive text updates from Charlie or a call from Eddy to let me know the progress and ask before any extra work from his recommendation was completed. When it came to the bill I was more than pleasantly surprised as it came to half of what the main dealer would’ve charged me with 10x the workmanship put into the job.
