At the till, Holly greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, very welcoming and pleasant. Took the time to ask how my dog was and show a genuine concern, as I usually come in with her but didn’t bring her with me on this occasion. She really took the time to ensure that I didn’t feel like just another customer.”
