“Peter house sat to look after our Labrador for ten days while we were on holiday. Buddy was well cared for, walked every day and we received videos and pictures of him having a great time in the park. The house was also well looked after and Peter kindly managed to fix a tap that had been broken for a while which was an added bonus! Would highly recommend Peter for house sits, we’ll be using him again.”

“We lucked out finding Petpals Chingford! Kerry is fantastic. We went away for two weeks, and I was pretty nervous because I hadn’t left my younger cat for that long before. She’s an anxious little rescue, but Kerry made her and my other cat Daisy feel so safe and comfortable. You could tell they were really well cared for. She kept us updated with regular messages and pictures (she’s got a great eye for those too!). She helped keep the place clean and took the rubbish out before we got back. Petpals is also super reasonable price-wise and is great value for money. I’d 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Kerry, for giving us total peace of mind while we were away.”

“I recently purchased a puppy from Acton Pets and could not fault the service, the animals looked happy and healthy and the staff were friendly and offered invaluable advice in regard’s to my puppy. They gave me free puppy food and all vaccinations were up to date. I've contacted the owner a few times for advice about my puppy and she is always more than happy to speak to me. “Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”
