“Great experience ! I have just had my first ever visit to a podiatrist at the " The Foot Health Centre" in Coulsdon. The service in reception was lovely and the whole place has a real " family" and friendly feel to it. I saw Mymuna ( hoping it is the correct spelling) who was excellent and totally explained the whole process and what I can do to improve my footcare on a daily basis. I am a very sporty person doing a lot of KM's a day, so my feet/ nails are not in the best of conditions! With the advice from Mymuna, I now have a daily plan of action and going to treat my feet to a lot more tenderness and care. Thanks to the whole team. Looking forward to my next appointment.”

“Interesting polarisation of past reviews but I have to take as I find. I was only looking for advice and was upfront about the reason when I popped by. The shop manager was extremely helpful and spent a good 20-25 minutes taking me through all the complications of raw dog food. As a new owner I had some pretty dumb questions but I didnt get the sense at anytime that I had outstayed my welcome. The Owner clearly had a depth of experience (with dogs at least) and was happy to guide me. I would be surprised if you get that level of service in Pets at Home etc but it is a relatively small shop, heavily stocked so if room to push your shopping trolley is a priority, its possibly not the shop for you?”

Nicky is not just skilled, she is exceptionally kind, Non-judgemental and she makes you feel safe while with her. “The Volvo team at Croydon has been absolutely amazing—especially Hannah, who is truly an asset to the company. I booked my Volvo XC90 in for a full service and a health check. The car passed the health check, apart from an issue with the ERAD system, which I understand is a common problem. I’m hopeful that Volvo will assist with the cost of this repair. The pricing was reasonable overall. My vehicle also had a recall related to the battery, and unfortunately, it failed. Hannah promptly informed me that the battery would be replaced under the recall scheme at no cost, which was a relief. Since I rely on the car for school drop-offs and daily commuting, Hannah kindly arranged a courtesy car for me. Another impressive touch was the video link they sent, showing a detailed inspection of my car and outlining any necessary work—very professional. I will definitely continue servicing my car at this location. The team is honest, straightforward, and never pushy—just genuine people providing great service. I’m happy to recommend them. Keep up the amazing work you guys do”
