“I ordered 6 bottles of wine on 23rd December knowing I was unlikely to receive by Christmas but hoping for New Year. Tim offered to drop the wine off that evening, even though I do not live close to Cobham. I did not notice his email. But the wine still arrived by courier on Christmas Eve morning, only 18 hours from ordering. For a small company I think that’s wonderful. Above and beyond expectation.”

“If you love good wine, cheese and meats, you have to give this place a try. I have been using it since it opened for everything from dinner parties, drinks and weektime lunches. I don't know a lot about wine and the staff are really personable and knowledgeable about the products, in a welcoming way. The food is always interesting, and their Chorizo and Salami's are to die for! I have really enjoyed trying new things and learning about the different cheese's and wines, and the shop is great for that. I would also recommend their wine and cheese tastings, as I always feel like an expert when I leave!”

“We wanted to taste some wines to select for our wedding and were unfortunately unable to make any of the special wedding tasting sessions but Jess at Majestic Beckenham went out of her way to be accommodating. We had a little tasting session at the weekend where she had already selected wines she thought we’d like based on what we’d told her. She guided us through the different wine options, advised us on quantities to purchase and was just generally fantastic. Amazing service especially as we weren’t even ordering the wine through the Beckenham store as our wedding is in Leicester (we also had great service when we called to place the order with the Leicester store). “On Saturday me and a group of 11 friends enjoyed an amazing private wine tasting paired with some great charcuterie pieces. Rachel and Jane led our tastings and took us on a brilliant wine tasting experience. We tried a range of wines- Whites, Rose, Red and even an orange wine. The whole experience from start to finish was 10/10 and was brilliant birthday celebration. “This place is fantastic...£8.50 for a freshly cooked pizza in the centre of London (cheaper if you take out) - it's unheard of. The restaurant is small, but as a result it feels cosy. The pizzas - and I am a pizza snob, who makes his own dough at home and cooks pizzas within a dedicated pizza oven - are excellent. The bases are a hybrid of Neapolitan and New York style, which in my opinion is the holy grail of the pizza base world. Try this place, you won't be disappointed, it's 5 star food - I came back twice within two days, I loved it so much. A note to the owners - you market yourself as primarily a coffee shop, you sell yourself short, café and pizzeria is more accurate.”
