“I last went into a Majestic Wine about 20 years ago and got rudely told you could only buy a case not a single bottle. So I never went again until just the other day and what a change!! The guy in the Bromley store was really helpful, and you can now buy single bottles but get a decent discount if you buy six or more. They have a really good selection of wines from all the countries you'd expect and quite a few spirits too. I will certainly be going back and am pleased Majestic have changed their ways! Just wished I had found out a bit earlier.”

“We had a birthday meal at Franco Manca last night and it was fantastic. Firstly we'd booked for too few and they accommodated us very kindly, food was fast and delicious and our waiter was extremely attentive. I also asked (last minute) for a Tiramisu with a candle in for the birthday host and it was catered for no questions asked. The whole restaurant sang with us, and we were given free limoncello shots for the table (11 of us), and an additional free tiramisu. Was such a fun evening and we felt so welcome. Thank you!!”

“Popped in for lunch on the spur of the moment and thank goodness we did. We were greeted warmly and given the menu and chose, I had lamb souvlaki which was absolutely delicious, the chunks weren't massive like in other restaurants which I don’t like, they were cooked to perfection with strong Mediterranean flavours, my wife had a salad that had avocado and Halloumi with a trio of dips to go with again the flavours were perfect, the atmosphere was great and we will definitely be going again as it’s local for us. It's reminiscent of a time when customer service actually existed in retail stores in the UK. The young man will greet you on entry without fail making you feel welcomed immediately as soon as ones foot crosses the threshold of their abode. The older gentlemen is extremely friendly and helpful, always up for a quick chat. The slightly more senior younger man is also incredibly polite, will always ask if you need a bag and one time I was sold an expired vape (2 days expired). The man before the vape had entered my pocket had a look at it, and immediately refunded me. A great attention to detail. I cannot fathom someone not having a great experience at this establishment.”
