I brought my 20 month son have his check up and even though he was scared, she was so fabulous with him. Could not recommend this dentist surgery and Zeenali enough!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing venue with amazing staff . We know the venue well so were happy to book the venue for a 70th birthday party. We booked the Glindon Room as this was on the ground floor and perfect for our guests as some were in wheelchairs. Preparation for the event was really easy and managed by George. Everything was perfect on the day, the room looked lovely, the buffet was fabulous and the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. “We went to visit this brand new store to discover the full new Home Season Accessories and mirrored furniture for our bedroom that I want and also for my little one's bedroom and after our nice snack at Costa coffee located on the first floor with partial view to the home section. I must say that it is refreshing to be in this airy spacious store where you can see a big variety of items Next have and also benefit with the natural light you can see the real colours of the goods. The ladies in the Home section are very helpful and friendly . The time flies walking through the spacious aisles without feel tight or cramped. Certainly my husband and I will back very soon. The parking was also very spacious and well designed.”

“Honestly the BEST place !!! We have been turned down from Parents Paradise, too much pre-booking and all that stuff . So we quickly searched for another softplay , and found this one 6 minutes away from the other place , first the route to getting here is kinda sketchy but trust the GPS , next thing I know when I go to ask if you need a booking they say no not at all witch I was sooo so happy about !! My kids were crying because they coudn't get trough at Parents Paradise , but fear no more this place has it all when you order food you get waaayyy bigger portions than at PP, there I got 3 chicken nuggets and soo little fries here I got a big big plate of 6 chicken nuggets and loads of chips ,for the same price and there you pay for entry and only stay 2hours and here you can stay as much as you want !! And bonus such lovely Staff definitely my go to place now ! Please never change !!!”

“Jacqueline Harman is an excellent Ballet school. Both teachers are amazing and extremely friendly (my 4 year old daughter adores them both). The lessons are fun for the little ones yet still a traditional ballet experience. The school was recommended by a friend and I have and will always recommend them.”

“My second child to spend her toddler years with Step by Step just had her last day here. To say we're all emotional to officially close our Step by Step chapter is an understatement. The level of care they showed both my girls was so much more than I ever expected. The staff are incredible, supportive, and helpful with every request. But more importantly, they took such amazing care of my children and helped them develop skills and get prepared for big school. My child looked forward to nursery, loved going to the "hair dresser", loved playing in the garden with her friends and all the messy play they got to do. She loved the baby chick's and getting to take Remi bunny home. She formed real bonds with her teachers and friends. When we went to the nursery for events, I could see the bond and trust she had formed with the teachers, and she's the type to be gaurded and take a while to warm up so to see this was beautiful. They made nursery a home away from home. The staff supported us through everything- nap times, saying goodbye to the dummy, potty training, picky eating habits, learning to share and forming friendships, speech challenges, and everything else a child goes through when they grow from ages 1 to 4. I want to thank every single staff member, from Riz and Kelly who run the day to day to every teacher who helped her grow. She loved her time here and we're really going to miss you all. If you are looking for a nursery to care for your babies the way you do, this is the place.”
