“Staff are always very helpful. Considering i am blind, my shopping experience is made easier with staff so keen to assist. I walked in yesterday with my list of online shopping items, The lady and gentleman who assisted were ever so patient and attentive. The lady found my items online for purchase, i am expecting to go back today once notified they are ready for collection. I had to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars, Tiffany who assisted yesterday with my shopping was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond the call of duty. Thanks Tiffany. “We went in to get shoes for school. We eventually found the style, and the size. We received amazing service from Morayo, Elizabeth, and Zainab. They were very attentive, patient, friendly, and professional. To be honest I wouldn't expect anything less from Clarks, they set the bar for service. Morayo, Elizabeth, and Zainab, are like any good high jumpers, they went above and beyond that high bar.”

“Saturday was the first night for the Cinema at St John’s. It was an amazing experience in a beautiful building with a welcoming friendly team of helpers. You don’t expect to find a proper licensed bar, hot dogs and a variety of delicious sweets and snacks in such a place. The screen is huge and the sound is as good as any cinema that I have been to and they had subtitles. I will definitely be there next time on 19th October for Bohemian Rhapsody.”

“My son attended this preschool since he was 3 year old until school age. I can't describe in my words how greatful I am to all the staff for what they have done for my son. They were caring, understanding and loving. My son tried 2 nurseries before and wouldn't settle in, so I asked the predchool manager for longer settling in period. They understood and allowed my son to take his time. They encouraged him to develop at his own pace, provided interesting resources and activities ans were there for him when he needed help. The preschool is substantially staffed. My son made his first friendships here. He continues seeing his preschool friends at church. It's nice to be part of the community. The preschool teachers are well experienced in special needs and have understanding, and can provide support.”

“A wonderful little nursery with the most amazing staff. Both my kids attend here and they are looked after really well. My 3 year old always talks about the staff and is eager to go in the mornings. My baby settled so well into the baby room, I was so pleased. The manager is absolutely lovely. I feel like I always have so many requests but she's always so accommodating and has never complained :)”

“The cheapest in the area. They didn't use to have free spaces when i had my first child but i catched a space for my second child. My 2 years old dosen't seem to go by pleasure in the morning but he is happy when i take him and also comes home with nursery rymes and new words. X”

“This is the second nursery we have tried in this area. It is far and away the best. The teachers are dedicated professionals (most are also Montessori trained in addition to EYFS training) who are obviously enjoying their work with children, and who are committed to Lemon Tree in the long term. In other words, unlike the other nursery we tried which had huge problems with staff turnover, the teachers at Lemon Tree know us, we know all of them, and most importantly they and the children know each other. Every week my partner and I talk about how relieved we are that our son is at Lemon Tree, and how confident we feel in the care and attention he is receiving there. They also have an enormous outdoor play area with real grass and trees, not just a carpark covered in astroturf. The children are given many opportunities for outside play and they integrate natural learning with their Montessori curriculum. I would recommend this place without qualification.”

“This nursery was incredible- I've never known a nursery to have as much heart as this one. The flexibility, kindness and energy of the staff was wonderful and my little girl was so excited to go in every day and to tell me what she'd been up to when she got home. The creative art projects and end of term parties and Christmas and leaving gifts were beyond anything I had expected. We are genuinely quite emotional to be moving on!
